1. Data Collected and Purpose

The only data collected on this website is your username or user ID. This information is used solely to retrieve and display personalized data for you on the website.

2. Legal Basis

The processing of your username or user ID is based on your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. By using this website and entering your username or user ID, you agree to the collection and use of this data for the purpose described.

3. Data Storage

Your data will only be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose stated above. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not disclose your iRacing username, real name or any other directly identifying information to third parties.
For statistical purposes we only transmit pseudonymised usage data – such as your member_id and interaction events – to our analytics provider Google. Please refer to Section 5 “Use of Google Analytics 4” for full details.

5. Use of Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web-analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited („Google“). GA4 enables us to analyse visitor interactions such as virtual page views, search requests and the display of ranking or projection tables. The information is processed pseudonymously - we do not store full IP addresses or names.
Data collected:
• Device information (browser, operating system)
• Pseudonymous user_id (your iRacing member-ID)
• Interaction events (e. g. page_view, search, view_ranking)
• Approximate location (country/region) truncated by Google
Legal basis: The analytics tracking is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You give or deny this consent via the cookie banner shown when you first visit the site.
Data transfer to third countries: Google processes data on servers within the EU and, in exceptional cases, in the USA. We have concluded a Data-Processing-Agreement with Google that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention: Event data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Aggregated reports may be kept longer, as they contain no personal data.
Opt-out: You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner or prevent tracking altogether by installing the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

6. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access: Request information about your stored data.
• Correction: Request correction of incorrect or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data, except where legal obligations require its retention.
